Blue Hill

Taken at Blue Hill at Stone Barns, during a break from dinner at which time we were taken outside to be shown how our next course was cooked - via hot air pumped through a compost pile.
I, of course, noticed the evening sky and asked the chef if he minded if I snuck off for a few moments to capture dusk. He didn't mind.
